SCOPE OF WORK <br />In our studies of creating a decentralized community center <br />for the City of Ramsey, we have developed a city -scaled park <br />system model that pairs programming desired by residents <br />with the robust existing infrastructure. <br />By reworking baseline standards of parks and creating a mode <br />of information distribution for residents, we aim to enhance <br />community engagement while still preserving the balance of <br />urban and rural that is important to Ramsey and its community. <br />100 <br />
