We included privately owned recreational facilities as an <br />option for the residents of Ramsey and surrounding areas to achieve their recreational goals. We <br />further divided this category into two sections: private multi -use recreation facilities and <br />"boutique" recreation facilities. Private, multi -use facilities such as Lifetime Fitness generally <br />cater to large audiences and offer a variety of services, some even offering 24-hour access.
