WHEREAS, on January 5, 2017, the Developer submitted the Final Plat for Regency <br />Commons. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to REGENCY COMMONS in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated January 27, 2017. <br />2. Compliance with Review and Comments from City Engineering Staff. <br />3. Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />4.
