3.4 Storm Sewer/Drainage <br />Storm sewer was installed along 147th Avenue up to the beginning of the proposed <br />improvements in 2012 as part of the Sunwood Drive re -alignment project. Currently storm water <br />runoff drains off of the two existing cul-de-sacs to low areas. This storm sewer is believed to be <br />in good condition and no repairs are anticipated to be required as part of this project. However, <br />Staff plans to televise the sewer during development of plans and specifications. <br />3.5 Streets <br />3.5.1 Existing Typical Sections <br />The width of 146th Avenue, 147th Avenue, and Ferret Street is 40-feet from face -of -curb <br />to face -of -curb. The cul-de-sac on Ferret Street has a 50-foot radius to the back of curb. <br />The streets are generally centered within a 66-foot wide City -owned right-of-way, with a <br />130-foot wide diameter right-of-way around the cul-de-sac on Ferret Street. The project <br />is proposed to end at the throat of the 46-foot radius temporary cul-de-sac on 146m <br />Avenue. <br />3.5.2 Maintenance History <br />HY-10 Ramsey was originally constructed in 1988. 146th Avenue, 147th Avenue, and <br />Ferret Street received crack seal and seal coat in 1994 and 2001.
