<br />Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-198 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GRADING AGREEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, <br />RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY AGREEMENT, AND WARRANTY DEED RELATED TO <br />COTTAGES AT THE COR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Centra North, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer,” properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1 - 10, Block 1 <br />Lots 1 - 6, Block 2 <br />Lots 1 - 9, Block 3 <br />Lots 1 - 6, Block 4 <br />Lots 1 - 9, Block 5 <br />Outlots A, B & C all in Cottages at the COR, Anoka County <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey held a public workshop for the Cottages at the COR on <br />February 1, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Cottages at the COR from the <br />Developer on February 6, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the sketch plan on <br />February 26, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 1, 2018, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on June 7, 2018, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Cottages at the COR on June <br />26, 2018, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Applicant submitted an application for Final Plat approval on August 21, 2018; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, Centra North, LLC, and Centra Homes, LLC, are held under common control, and <br />Centra Homes, LLC, was the initial applicant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the Final Plat request on September 11, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
