Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #18-184 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COTTAGES AT THE COR WHEREAS, Centra Homes, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer,” properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1 - 10, Block 1 Lots 1 - 6, Block 2 Lots 1 - 9, Block 3 Lots 1 - 6, Block 4 Lots 1 - 9, Block 5 Outlots A, B & C all in Cottages at the COR, Anoka County (the ‘Subject Property’); WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey held a public workshop for the Cottages at the COR on February 1, 2018; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Cottages at the COR from the Developer on February 6, 2018; and WHEREAS , the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the sketch plan on February 26, 2018; and WHEREAS , the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 1, 2018, and; WHEREAS, on June 7, 2018, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS , the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Cottages at the COR on June 26, 2018, and WHEREAS , the Applicant submitted an application for Final Plat approval on August 21, 2018; and, WHEREAS , the City Council considered the Final Plat request on September 11, 2018. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Cottages at the COR in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a)Compliance with the Staff Review Memos and ProjectDox comments.
