City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey MN 55303 <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />ELMCREST PARK PLAYGROUND <br /> <br />Dear Landscape Architect and Playground Professional, <br />The City of Ramsey invites you to submit a proposal for new playground equipment and associated <br />site design for 2-5 year and 5-12 year old children to be constructed following the recently completed <br />community park building at Elmcrest Park. This includes certain landscape design features, together <br />- Below is a map showing the park <br />location and the location of the proposed playground within the site. It is strongly advised that <br />interested persons arrange to visit the site, perform spatial measurements and fully acquaint <br />themselves with the site, the overall park layout, and user groups. <br />The deadline to submit your conceptual design plan proposal for playground equipment at Elmcrest <br />Park is 4 PM May 6, 2015, delivered or mailed to the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />th <br />NW. Proposals shall be limited to one bound copy of proposal including an itemized listing of all <br />materials and cost; schematic or plan-view of equipment layout to include fall zone limits; warranty <br />information and any other information, images or descriptions proposers would like considered. <br />Please limit large scale 3D images or representations to a single 24x36 board. <br />An electronic copy of all materials is requested in PDF format and should be submitted to; <br />mriverblood@ci.ramsey.mn.us All timely submitted, and complete proposals will be reviewed by the <br />Parks Commission at 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2015.
