7. That the Subject Property meets the minimum bulk standards of the R-1 Residential <br />(MUSA) District. <br />8. That the purpose of the requested Zoning Amendment would be to accommodate a nearby <br />business that wishes to purchase the Subject Property and utilize it for outside storage. <br />9. That outside storage as principal use would require the issuance of a conditional use permit. <br />10. That there are greater setbacks required for outside storage when adjacent to residentially <br />zoned parcels that further restricts where outside storage could occur on the Subject <br />Property. <br />11. That the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing regarding this request on <br />November 1, 2018 and there were no verbal or written comments received. <br />12. That the Planning Commission recommended denying the requested Zoning Amendment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1.
