NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #19-01 <br />FORD BROOK ESTATES STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on <br />Tuesday November 13, 2018 in the Ramsey Municipal Center Council Chambers, 7550 Sunwood <br />Drive NW, Ramsey MN. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project #19-01 <br />which proposes grading, subgrade corrections, bituminous pavement paving, drainage, and <br />miscellaneous appurtenant improvements to 180th Lane from Trunk Highway 47 to Krypton Street, <br />and Krypton Street from 180th Lane to its termini cul-de-sac. <br />Properties abutting the improved street are proposed to be assessed per Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 429.011 to 429.111, Chapter 8 of the Ramsey City Charter, and the City's adopted Special <br />Assessments Policy. The total estimated cost of the above described project is $239,464.57. A <br />reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment, preliminarily proposed at $3,919.90 per <br />benefitting property to be assessed over ten years with interest at two -percent above the bond <br />interest rate, will be available at the hearing. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 7550 Sunwood <br />Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. Written comments will be received at the above address until <br />4:30 pm on November 13, 2018. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the proposed improvement project.
