CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:36 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Budget Work Session: 2019 Capital Equipment and 2019-2028 Capital <br />Improvement Plan (CIP) <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report regarding the 2019 Capital Equipment Plan. <br />Police Chief Katers provided additional information on the benefit of using LOGIS software and <br />equipment. <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau asked if that first step/item for the server is included in the budget. <br />Finance Director Lund confirmed that the amount of $737,450 is included in the general fund <br />budget and is offset by the equipment fund. <br />Councilmember Kuzma asked for details on engineering and whether the documents from <br />engineering are backed up. <br />City Council Work Session / October 23, 2018 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
