Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-240 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH BEARENCE MANAGEMENT <br />GROUP (FORMERLY T.C. FIELD & COMPANY) FOR AGENT OF RECORD <br />SERVICES FOR PROPERTY, CASUALTY, AND WORKERS COMPENSATION <br />INSURANCE <br />WHEREAS, Bearence Management Group has requested contract renewal for agent of <br />records services for property/casualty/workers compensation for the years 2019-2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the current fee for these services is $7,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the fee proposed is to remain constant at $7,000 for years 2019-2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes contract renewal with Bearence <br />Management Group for agent of record services for 2019-2023; with the fee of $7,000 <br />annually. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day off November, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
