MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND AMERICAN FEDERATION OF <br />STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME) <br />January 1, 2019 to December 31, 202�(as described below: <br />M.O.U. TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES <br />The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to memorialize the <br />agreement between the City of Ramsey (the EMPLOYER) and the American Federation <br />of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) concerning temporary employees <br />as defined in Article 2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement; TEMPORARY FULL- <br />TIME AND/OR TEMPORARY PART-TIME UNION MEMBERS <br />Deleted: 7 <br />Deleted: IS <br />Deleted: DUES PAYING EMPLOYEE <br />The EMPLOYER may hire up to six (6) temporary maintenance workers including two (2) <br />EMPLOYEES in the Parks Division, two (2) EMPLOYEES in the Streets Division, and <br />two (2) EMPLOYEES in the Utilities Division.
