<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 18-236 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF FINAL PLANS AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT APPROVAL FOR LAZY DAYS RV LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY KNOWN AS 8930 HIGHWAY 10 NW AND OUTLOT “A” AND <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Lazydays of Minneapolis, LLC (dba Lazydays RV), hereafter referred to as <br />“Developer”, properly received Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Site Plan approval of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1; and Outlot A; ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION, Except Parcel <br />22, Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 90. <br /> <br />Subject Property <br />(the “”) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City requires that the Developer enter into a Development Agreement with the <br />City to ensure the timely installation of required improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Developer is the owner of fee title to the Subject Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Developer desires to have certain public improvements constructed to serve the <br />Subject Property; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves of Final Plans and Development Agreement <br />for the Subject Property with Lazydays RV and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator <br />to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />2)That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes Staff to advertise for competitive bids for <br />the water and sanitary sewer extensions related to the project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Shryock, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
