<br /> <br />Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-216 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL <br />UTILITY CONNECTION FEES FOR 7131 – 166TH AVENUE NW <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Ivan Artyomenko (Owner) owns real property at 7131 – 166 Avenue NW <br />(PID 10-32-25-33-0025); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> said property is currently served by private well and septic system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Owner proposes to expand the single-family residential principal structure <br />on said property which would require replacing the existing private septic system with a larger <br />septic system or connecting to municipal sanitary sewer and water supply utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Owner requests to connect tomunicipal utilities; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Owner requests to enter into an Assessment Agreement with the City to pay <br />for the required municipal utility connection fees over a ten-year term; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City has an interest in promoting municipal sanitary sewer and water <br />supply utility connections due to environmental and public health benefits. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1)That said Assessment Agreement is hereby approved allowing the City to assess the <br />required municipal utility connection fees to Ivan Artyomenko, owner of real <br />th <br />property at 7131-166 Avenue NW, PID 10-32-25-33-0025,at a cost not to <br /> <br />exceed $13,611. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
