WHEREAS, <br />the final assessment to Riverstone Development is $278,282 which reflects <br />a total revised assessment of $457,538 less special assessment prepayments of $179,256 and a <br />final assessment amount of $132,039 for Hageman Holdings; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, Exhibit D of said Assessment Agreement has been amended to reflect the <br />assessment payment schedule for Riverstone Development. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />1) That said Assessment Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the revised final <br />improvement project costs and amended final assessment amounts as outlined in amended <br />Exhibit B, Exhibit C and Exhibit D. <br />2) Riverstone Assessments will be levied to the County for four years starting Tax Payable <br />Year 2019 and Hageman Holdings will be deferred until developed or sold as outlined in <br />Section 8 (B) of Assessment Agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 27 day of November, 2018. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #18-244 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
