Lake Industrial Park Second Addition. The Development Agreement is the next step in the development process. <br />The proposed industrial space will be a benefit to the business community and city as a whole. Staff is supportive of <br />Alternative 1. <br />Alternative 2. Recommend denial of Resolution #18-185 approving the Development Agreement of Bunker Lake <br />Industrial Park Second Addition. The City Council should state clear findings of fact for denial.
