ORDINANCE #18-11 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING UNDERLYING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS RELATED TO COTTAGES AT THE COR <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described drainage and utility easements, as indicated in Exhibit A attached, are <br />hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />All of the drainage and utility easements, as created and dedicated over, under, and <br />across, Outlot B, Ramsey Town Center 2nd Addition, according to recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the easterly line of Block 1, <br />Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition and its southerly extension thereof. <br />SECTION 3.
