Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Shryock, <br />Johns, and Riley. Voting No: None. <br />7.03: Receive Update on Highway 10 Plan: Ramsey Gateway Project <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and provided an update on <br />the Highway 10 Plan, Ramsey Gateway Project. <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau asked and received confirmation that two of the crashes noted on the <br />report near the Armstrong interchange have occurred after the construction of the interchange. <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau stated that it is interesting that the 70 plus access points along <br />Highway 10 in Ramsey contribute to accidents. He stated that the Council will continue to <br />ensure that this is a safe corridor. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />Community Development Director Gladhill announced upcoming meetings and events. He <br />thanked everyone that was a part of the well -attended Happy Days Festival this past Saturday. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that this morning the Ramsey EDA and some members of City staff <br />toured Zero Zone, which was chosen as the Ramsey Business of the Year. He stated that it is a <br />great facility with great products. <br />Councilmember Shryock stated that the Youth First Community of Promise Taste of Community <br />will be held on November 15m, which is a great opportunity to support a local non-profit that <br />works with youth in the community. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried. <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 8:03 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kurtis G.
