Or after platting <br />Lot 1, Regency Commons, Anoka, Minnesota <br />And <br />Lot 2, Regency Commons, Anoka, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />AND WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan approved in 2010 shows the Subject Property <br />designated land use as Business Park and Commercial; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant is requesting that the designated land uses be realigned with the <br />revised property lines as shown on the Regency Commons plat and outlined in the above legal <br />descriptions. <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on Februa , 0'17, conducted a public <br />hearing, and considered the Applicant's request for a Comprehensia endment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, 11ows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approvesst for a land use designation change to <br />reflect the adjustment in lot line configurationfor e s identified above and guided as Business <br />Park and Commercial. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary documentation <br />to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to change the land use <br />designation to Business Park aid Commercial. <br />3) That this land use chang - l'me effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification <br />of approval from Met. ouncil. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #17-02-036 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
