to the timelines for filing, publication of notices, absentee voting, etc., there is not time to <br />adhere to the mandatory timelines to be able to hold an Election as soon as February. The <br />next available date allowed for the Special Primary Election would be Tuesday, April 9, <br />2019. This date allows all election timelines to be followed with no compressed periods. <br />6. That the next available date for a Special General Election, again adhering to all timelines, <br />would be Tuesday, August 13, 2019. <br />7 That the Ramsey City Council hereby schedules a Special Primary Election to elect <br />Councilmember At -Large, for April 9, 2019, if necessary, and a Special General Election <br />for August 13, 2019.
