10. (ll) Parkland and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Ti:ail Plan" means the Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement fol' Ramsey Town Center dated as of .November 29. 2004. Section 2.1(oo) of the Master A~'eement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: (oo) Parkin~ Improvements. "Parking lanprovements" means the parking improvements described on Exhibit N. Section 2.1 (ss) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to the "Phase I Parking Ramp" in the last line thereof with a reference to th'e "ParlLing Improvements." Section 2. l(fff') is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: (fff) "Core Area" means the property .l.,,,t,~,,~,, '3cscribcddepicted on the attached Exhibit M. Section_.9 ,1~oo~/,~, is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: (ggg) First Amendment. "First Aanendment" mem;~s this First Amendrnent to Master Development Agreement. Section 2.1(hl-d~) is hereby added to the Master Development Agreement to read as follows: (hlth) Interested. Parties. "lmterested Parties" means Ramdance, LLC; and any other individuals or entities with any legal or equitable title to or lien on, ali or any part of the Unsold Subject Property including but not limited to vendee's under a purchase agreement, option holders, holders of any future interest in or to the property, and mortgagees. Section 2. l(iii) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: (iii) Unsold Subiect .Propek-t¥. "Unsold Subject Property" means all of the Subject Property except the tl<'ee (3) parcels described as follows: [THE TITLE , COMMITMENT WILL INDICATE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE CHARTER SCHOOL, HORTON AND NAU PARCELS.
