We would like to invite you to an Open House here at City Hall <br />in the Alexander Ramsey Room on Tuesday, January 15, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm to learn more about <br />proposed options. WSB & Associates will be in attendance for a brief presentation. Following the <br />presentation, City staff will be available to answer questions. <br /> <br />Warming Houses To Open <br />. Ice rink and warming house facilities at Ramsey Elementary School <br />(15100 Nowthen Boulevard NW) and Central Park (7925 161st Avenue NW) will open Friday, <br />December 21 at 3:30 pm. These rinks and warming houses will be open weekdays from 3:30 to <br />9:00/10:00 pm; Saturdays from 10:00 am to 9:00/10:00 pm; and Sundays from 12:00 to 8:00 pm, <br />with the exception of school breaks when they will open earlier, at 10:00 am. Rinks and warming <br />houses will be closed if temperatures are 10 degrees below zero or lower and expected to remain <br />at the same temperature; the wind chill conditions become severe and are expected to remain so or <br />if; temperatures are 32 degrees or above. Ice rinks will remain open as long as winter weather <br />facilitates good ice conditions.
