Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT FOR <br />STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY 47 SOUNDWALL LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City of Ramsey and Minnesota Department of Transportation enter into <br />a cooperative agreement for landscape improvements along the sound wall on Trunk Highway 47. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The City Council act as sponsoring unit for the project identified as SP0206-969A (TH 47 <br />Sound wall) on the State Trunk Highway 47 during the period __________ through <br />______________. <br /> <br />2) Grant Riemer, Public Works Superintendent is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />XXth day of XXX, 20XX. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #XX-XXX <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
