NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Agreement for Residential Recycling <br />Program between the City of Ramsey and Anoka County to receive the base allocation of <br />SCORE funds and additional targeted program funds for general program enhancements <br />and organics recycling. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 11 day of December 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #18-258 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
