<br />WHEREAS <br /> , as of December 11, 2018 $449,858.15 has been paid to date; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for Improvement Project 18-03, Street Overlay <br />Improvements, in the amount of $75,383.17. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves partial payment No. 2 to North Valley, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #18-03, 2018 Street Overlay Improvements, in the amount of <br />$75,383.17. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of December 11, 2018. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-262 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
