5)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $280,678 related to the $3,880,000 GO Capital Improvement Plan Bonds for Fire Station II. The City will levy $205,678 and fund the other $75,000 from remaining debt service funds from the Fire I project. 6)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $114,248 related to the $1,205,000 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds for the 2015 Road Reconstruction Projects. The City will levy $57,124 and fund the other $57,124 from the City’s Public Improvement Revolving Fund (PIR). 7)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $155,017 related to the $1,650,000 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds for the 2016 Road Reconstruction Projects. The City will levy $77,509 and fund the other $77,508 from the City’s Public Improvement Revolving Fund (PIR). 8)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $93,195 related to the $895,000 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds for the 2017 Road Reconstruction Projects. The City will levy $46,597 and fund the other $46,598 from the City’s Public Improvement Revolving Fund (PIR). 9)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $111,201 related to the $1,175,000 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds for the 2018 Road Reconstruction Projects. The City will levy $55,600 and fund the other $55,601 from the City’s Public Improvement Revolving Fund (PIR). 10)That the City Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor’s office on or before Friday, December 28, 2018. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor LeTourneau Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Johns Councilmember Shryock and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Musgrove Councilmember Riley and the following abstained: Non Resolution #18-254 Page 2 of 3
