7.That the Subject Property meets the minimum bulk standards of the R-1 Residential <br />(MUSA) District. <br />8.That the purpose of the requested Zoning Amendment would be to accommodate a nearby <br />business that wishes to purchase the Subject Property and utilize it for outside storage. <br />9.That outside storage as principal use would require the issuance of a conditional use permit. <br />10.That there are greater setbacks required for outside storage when adjacent to residentially <br />zoned parcels that further restricts where outside storage could occur on the Subject <br />Property. <br />11.That the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing regarding this request on <br />November 1, 2018 and there were no verbal or written comments received. <br />12.That the Planning Commission recommended denying the requested Zoning Amendment. <br />NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1.That the Ramsey City Council hereby denies the Zoning Amendment requested for the <br />Subject Property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />_______________, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City of Ramsey City <br />th <br />Council this the 13day ofNovember, 2018 <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #18-235 <br />Page 2of 3 <br /> <br />
