All candidate filings must be received by <br /> Tuesday, January 29, 2019, 5:00 PM. Term for this seat ends January 2021. City offices will not <br /> be open on Monday, January 21, 2019, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Filings will <br /> be done in the Administration Department,Ramsey City Hall, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW,Ramsey, <br /> MN 55303. <br /> Hy-10 Business District Future Land Use Meeting. Monday,January 14, 2019, 10:00 am,Lake <br /> Itasca Room. Staff will be hosting a meeting/workshop with Owners within the Hy-10 Business <br /> District west of Armstrong Boulevard at Sunwood Drive/147th Avenue NW. The meeting was <br /> sparked by a request by one of the Owners to meet with the City to get up to speed with recent <br /> developments and future plans. In addition, some of the properties have recently been sold to new <br /> Owners/Users, with one additional sale pending. These changes have brought on new land <br /> use/zoning requests that City Staff would like to discuss collectively with Ownership.
