• <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the <br /> Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Acting Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Jill Johns <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Melody Shryock <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Finance Director Diana Lund <br /> Police Chief Jeff Katers <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br /> Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at <br /> 7:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> None. <br /> 3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> Greg Dahlheimer, Rocky Mountain Investment Group, stated that they own property on <br /> Riverdale Drive and they have always been taxed as a commercial/industrial property. They use <br /> the property for trailer storage. He stated that he was only recently told that the property was <br /> zoned residential. He stated that they have requested the change to employment zoning to better <br /> fit with the surrounding property uses and the proposed use. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill stated that the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing and recommended denial. He stated that the item is included on the Consent Agenda for <br /> denial. He noted that if the Council wanted to discuss the topic in more depth the item could be <br /> removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br /> City Council/November 13,2018 <br /> Page 2 of 14 <br />
