CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:07 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Swearing In Ceremony for Mayor John LeTourneau and Councilmember Debra <br /> Musgrove <br /> City Clerk Thieling stated that after the November 6, 2018 election, both Mayor LeTourneau and <br /> Councilmember Musgrove have been officially sworn in. She administered the ceremonial <br /> swearing in to both Mayor LeTourneau and Councilmember Musgrove. <br /> Mayor LeTourneau stated that it is an honor to be Mayor and noted that the Council is looking <br /> forward to the contributions of newly elected Councilmember Musgrove. <br /> City Council/November 27, 2018 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br />
