CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 5:39 p.m. <br /> 2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 2.01: Discussion Regarding the Annual Performance Review of the City Administrator, <br /> an Individual Who is Subject to the City Council's Authority <br /> Administrative Services Director Lasher explained that the purpose of the case is for the Council <br /> to conduct the annual performance review of the City Administrator. <br /> 3.
