WHEREAS, the Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends final payment to North Valley, Inc. in the amount of $20,687.63. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to North Valley, Inc. for Improvement <br />Project #17-00, Sunwood Drive Reconstruction in the amount of $20,687.63. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the completed work and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of January 8, 2019. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of January, 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #19-014 <br />Page 2of2 <br />
