Public Hearing <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the public hearing to order at 7:18 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Shryock, Riley, and <br />Musgrove. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Johns and Kuzma. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:18 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to approve an on -sale <br />and Sunday liquor license for Triple Shift Entertainment, LLC, dba Super Bowl. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, and <br />Musgrove. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Johns and Kuzma. <br />6.02: Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Ordinance #18-16 Adopting the 2019 <br />Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br />Presentation <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to accept the rates as <br />proposed and adopt Ordinance #18-16, 2019 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked if the meeting on November 13th was a regular Council <br />meeting and stated that she was unsure if she should vote on the matter as she was not present at <br />that meeting. <br />Mayor LeTourneau stated that because of the Councilmembers absent tonight, there would be an <br />impact if Councilmember Musgrove does not vote on the topic. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the public hearing to order at 7:24 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />City Council / November 27, 2018 <br />Page 5 of 9 <br />
