CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 5:39 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.01: Discussion Regarding the Annual Performance Review of the City Administrator, <br />an Individual Who is Subject to the City Council's Authority <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher explained that the purpose of the case is for the Council <br />to conduct the annual performance review of the City Administrator. <br />3.
