CONDITIONS <br />1. That the Permittee successfully obtains a Home Occupation Permit for the <br />operation of a commercial horse farm and a Variance to accessory building height <br />on the Subject Property. <br />2. That this Permit allows for the construction of 64,700 square feet of new accessory <br />buildings on the Subject Property consisting of two (2) indoor riding arenas, indoor stalls, <br />stables, and a hay/equipment storage barn as shown in Exhibit 1 herein. <br />3. That the Permittee shall work with the City to address stormwater runoff properly. <br />4. That the Permittee shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations <br />and shall obtain all applicable licenses and permits prior to construction of any building. <br />5. That the Permittee agrees the exterior finish of the hay/equipment storage barn will be <br />constructed in accordance with City Code Section 117-349 (d)(6)c. <br />6. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied <br />with. <br />7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />9. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by February 26, 2020, <br />and initiation shall be considered issuance of a Building Permit(s) for one or more of the <br />proposed detached accessory buildings. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of February, 2019. <br />RESOLUTION #19-043 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
