Additional Applicant Information
1/24/19
• Drive in through the grass is going to give us plenty of room to accomplish that. That door will
not be used after the spring. We will be doing construction on the center dock door and have a
ramp created from either the inside or outside. to be determined later once we are in the
property and can access the pros and cons.
• I personally checked every inch of the parking lots outdoors and have measured them. We find
that there is more than ample room for a couple dozen vehicles outdoors with more room left
then the neighboring dealerships inventory. With 5 parking spaces in the east parking lot, we
still have room for 6 cars. That is already striped.
• We are planning to park our personal vehicles indoors. All of our staff drives our inventory home
at night. We are planning to dedicate the south inside of the building for cleaning and staff
parking. I know that is a babying us, but I think that it improves the quality of life for us and we
have tons of room inside.
1/16/19
• We shouldn't need to drive up on "AC Motors" property to enter our building, we can drive up
from our side of our property. There is enough land to do so. We would need to pave a driveway
from the southern parking area and bring it up to acceptable standards. I will try to get an image
of what it may look like completed.
• We are able to put more cars in that west parking lot thank you are thinking. It is spaced already
for 10 cars. We have measured the southern lot and found that it will hold a minimum of 18 cars
with lots of room 9 cars on each side. and that is with the standard spacing for parking and the
center section empty.
1/16/19
• Obviously, we have to change one little item, where the cars enter. That side door is the only
entrance fro vehicles into the building. We can have the door moved to the front of the building,
but will be at a cost of over 10,000 dollars estimated. We would ask for a grace period of 60
days to complete that change.
• We would also be asking for the vacating of Armstrong as soon as possible. If that can be put
into this planning committee meeting, I would like it.
