Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-025 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />OF HARVEST ESTATES 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Meadowcreek Builders, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer," properly applied for <br />Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 25, Block 1, Harvest Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Preliminary Plat Approval for Harvest Estates 2nd <br />Addition, which includes fifteen detached single-family homes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on December 5, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met and held a public hearing for the Preliminary Plat on <br />February 7, 2019 and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat Approval shall be contingent upon the Ordinance Amendment <br />amending the minimum lot width in the R-1 MUSA District to 65 feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat of Harvest Estates 2nd Addition on <br />February 26, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval for Harvest Estates 2nd Addition <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated January 7, 2019. <br />b. Compliance with all Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br />c. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
