Summary of Environmental Impact. No adverse impacts to the social service <br />infrastructure are anticipated. Road, sanitary sewer, water supply and stormwater <br />infrastructure are addressed in Items 21, 18, 13 and 17, respectively. <br />Mitigation element. The major physical infrastructure elements of roads and streets, <br />sanitary sewer, municipal water and storm sewer have all previously been addressed <br />within this AUAR. <br />An evaluation of the social services needed for the RTC development indicates that the <br />planning done for the City has accounted for the growth related to the RTC. Police, fire, <br />public works, schools, and related City and postal services will all be impacted by the <br />development. Additional equipment to perform City public works services will be <br />needed. No additional mitigation is needed to meet the expected growth. <br />28-4 <br />
