I do not feel a commercial zone is appropriate. There are <br />many children in the neighborhood and traffic is bad as is. The intersection of County road 5 and 157th Ln would <br />definitely need to be re-evaluated. If it is commercial then the use it is currently used for ( daycare) is okay, I just <br />don't want it to become anything more.
