Coun¢ihnember introduced the folloWing resOlutiOn and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVINGiiREPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT : #05-23: (EBONY STREET AND UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN 137TM AVENUE AND RIVERDALE DRIVE) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant t0a motion i of lhe Ramsey City Council, adopted October 12, <br />2004, a feasibility study for the'2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference t6 Improvement Project #05-23 and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 <br />which indicates that the total project Cost iR estimated to be $130,470 and that the amount of this <br />project to be special assessed shall be $73~159, :and that $33,113 will be utilized from the sewer <br />and water trunk fund, and that $24,199 will be:t/tilized from the City's general fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE,: BE IT RESOLVED BY/HE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ 'STATE iOF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will Consider the improvements sanitary sewer and <br /> watermain improvements, concreteI Curb~ gutter and sidewalk, and bituminous overlay of <br /> the street in accordance with the rePOrt 'and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the! improve ~ment Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br /> tile Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $130.470. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held On such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of <br /> March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station; [5050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> tile City Administrator shall!giveI mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required bY law. <br /> <br />Thc motion roi' the adoPtion of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly ~assed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of February, 2005. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #0S-02-XXX <br /> ~age 1 .Of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
