Councihnember for its adoption: :introduced the following resolution and mo. ved 0s-02 CITY OF RAMSEY ANO CA C0uNT¥, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting the following public improvements in the Ramsey Town Center Addition be authorized by the City: City Phase II Roadway Improvements, iStorm Sewer, Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements; AUAR Roadway ImprovementS; and Ramsey Town Center parking Facilities. i (the "Improvements") The hnprovements are further identified in that certain Master Development Agreement between the City of Ramsey and Ramsey Town Center, LLC dated September 17, 2003, a copy of which is on file for public inspection at the City of Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Mim~esota during normal business hOurs. : were duly presented to the CounCil on the 22nd day of February 2005; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 11, 2005 reports have been prepared by Hakanson An~rson Assoc.,: Inc. for the AUAR Roadway Improvements and the City Phase II Roadway ImproV~ements and by LSA Design, Inc. for the Ramsey Town Center Parking Facilities, which reports ;refer~ the Council on February 8, 2005. NOW, THEREFORE, :BE RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: nce ~he Improvements and which reports were received by IT :RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF I. The Council finds and determines that the petitions were signed by all owners of real property proposed to be assessed for the Improvements. 2. Such Improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February ,2005. 3. Brian E. Olson, Principal City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for the Improvements. He shall prepare Plans and specifications for the making of such Improvements. 4. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the Improvements fi,om the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
