cITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> VILLAGE BANK <br /> <br />On February 22, 2005, Site Plan approval was granted' by thc City of Ramsey ("City") to Village Bank <br />("Permittee"), whose address is 7125 Riverdald Drive, Ramsey, MN 55303, to construct a 6,000 square <br />foot banking facility ("Structure") on:the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 4, Rivenwick Village <br /> <br /> the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9~03.06 of~the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />follows: : <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building Plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COlVEPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on.the <br />Site Plan submittal Prepared by Amcon Construction dated December 28, 2004 and Hakanson <br />Anderson dated DeCember January 4, 2005, revised February 1, 2005. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The permittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Plan. The Required ImprOvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan Prepared by Hakanson Anderson. <br />b. Installation of concrete and bituminOUS driVeways and parking lot. <br />c. Installation of storm seWer, sanitarYsewer, Watermain, and appurtenances. <br />d. Installation of t3-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all concrete <br /> and/or bituminpus surfaces. <br />e. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the Site <br /> Plan. <br />f. Installation and removal of temPorary erosion Control measures. <br />g. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan <br /> prepared by Hakanson Anderson. <br /> <br /> ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact locatiOn of these items on <br />the Site shall be as directed bY the City's Fire,Chief.. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Lighting shall bel installed on.the site in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
