Associate Planner Geisler indicated that they ihave received verbal comments from Anoka <br />County, who has no problems with this report.. ' <br /> <br />Case #9 Request for an Interim Use Permit to Allow for a Temporary ModUlar Office <br /> Structure; Case of City of Ramsey Public Works Department <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Direct°r Trudgeon adViSed that the Ramsey Public Works Department <br />has submitted an application for~ an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office <br />structure on the same parcel as their existing facility. He stated the Public Works Department.is <br />in need of more inside storage and therefore plans to convert the existing office space into <br />additional storage and relocate those offices:~ into the temporary modular office structure. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudg~on noted that due to the proposed location of the <br />structure, the access to the site off of Jasphr Street will be closed. He stated this area will be <br />converted into green space with ~rf and other landscaping. He indicated that new curbing will <br />be installed along Jaspar Street tO: facilitate the closing of this access. He advised that primary <br />access to the site will now be from 142nd Ave. <br /> <br />Community Development Directgr Trudgeon Stated the Public Works Department is proposing <br />to remove the temporary modular office strUcture once a new office building is constructed, <br />however, that timeframe is not known at this point.
