These funds <br />would be re-distributed to commt~itieS with quaiifying, on-going projects. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Ramsey requested additional funding to Continue <br />redevelopment of blighted industrial sites. <br /> <br />redevelopment efforts <br /> <br />associated with <br /> <br />On February 7, 2005, the City rec~eived no[ifiqatiOn from Anoka County that Ramsey has been <br />awarded $247,908.81 to continue redevelopment efforts relating to the St. Paul Terminals site on <br />Basalt Street and the Robert Debee parcel at 7060 143~d Avenue N.W. (see attached site location <br />maps). ~ <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff is recommending that the City 'Council adopt the enclosed resolution to authorize <br />entering into a CDBG agreement ~th Anoka County to receive the additional funds. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #05,02-. directing the Mayor and City Staff to execute an <br />agreement with Anoka County for the receiPt of CDBG funds in the amount of $247,908.81. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Dev.
