"Parkland ImproVements'' has the <br />meaning set forth in the Parkland and Trail Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2.1 (11) is hereby amended ito read as follows: <br /> <br /> (11) Parkland:and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the <br /> Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center dated as of <br /> February __, 2005. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(oo) of the Master Agreement is herebY deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />with the following: <br /> <br /> (oo) Parking .Impmv-ements: !'Parking Improvements" means the <br /> parking improvements described on Exhibit N. <br /> <br />Section 2.
