"Parkland ImproVements'' has the <br />meaning set forth in the Parkland and Trail Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2.1 (11) is hereby amended ito read as follows: <br /> <br /> (11) Parkland:and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the <br /> Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center dated as of <br /> February __, 2005. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(oo) of the Master Agreement is herebY deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />with the following: <br /> <br /> (oo) Parking .Impmv-ements: !'Parking Improvements" means the <br /> parking improvements described on Exhibit N. <br /> <br />Section 2. I (ss) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to <br />the "Phase I Parking Ramp'' in the last line thereof with a reference to the "Parking <br />Improvements." <br /> <br />Section 2.1 (fff) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />(fff) ["Core Area" means the. property legally described on the <br />attached Exhibit M.] <br /> <br />Section 2.1 (ggg) is hereby added t° the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br /> (ggg) First Amendment.
