Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> Sean M, Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has negotiated a Development Agreement with Professional Properties, LLC to <br />acquire and construct a 12,528 S.K office building on The North 200 feet of the South 233 <br />feet of the West 200 feet of the East 1 !46 fees of: the South Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 27, Township132, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Once this <br />project has been finalized it is impgrtant to have the ability to convey the property to the <br />business in a prompt manner as not to delay Construction.
