Counci Imember Cook introduced the follOwing resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-09-300 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the current Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges was adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 25, 2003, and amended on December 9, 2003, February 22, 2004, August 10, 2004, and September 13, 2004; and WHEREAS, Sewer and water trunk fees were amended on September 13, 2004 to $897/unit and $1,577/unit, respectively; and WHEREAS, due to developer notification and an update of the City's water fund cash flow, it was determined that it would be morei prudent to implement any increase in sewer and water trunk fees on January 1, 2005; and WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of September 28, 2004, staff was given approval to amend the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges with the changes noted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish the following: Water Trunk Charge $1,327/unit Sewer Trunk Charge $ 596/unit The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Elvig and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councihnember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against: None and the following abstained: None
