Interim Use Permit is five (5) years from the date of approval, unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Commission Input <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked who monitors the City fOr compliance. <br /> <br />Community Development Direct°r TrudgeOn stated that would be City Staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact fa~)orable t6 the applicant relating to a request for an Interim Use <br />Permit to place a temporary modular office :structure on the same parcel as the Public Works' <br />existing facility. ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that City <br />Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office <br />structure on the same parcel as the Public Works' existing facility until January 25, 2010. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
