Motorized vehicles used by the <br />City for maintenance, law enforceme nt or other public uses will be pem1itted. The Trail Easement <br />shall not be used by othe r motorize d vehicles, or by all terrain vehicles, or by sno wmobiles, and <br />the Trail Easeme nt shall not be used for horseback riding.
