WSB & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Professional Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of the day of , 20_, <br />by and between the City of Ramsey with an address of 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />("Client"), and WSB & Associates, Inc. with offices located at 701 Xenia Avenue South, Suite 300, <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55416 ("Consultant"). <br />Client and Consultant, for the consideration enumerated herein, do hereby agree as follows: <br />SECTION 1 / GENERAL CONTRACT TERMS <br />AND CONDITIONS <br />The General Contract Terms and Conditions shall <br />be as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2 / SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work to be performed by Consultant <br />is set forth in Exhibit B.
